We did a thing, and we couldn't believe the results.

Citra has always been treasured in this building — one of the most influential hops of the modern brewing era, prized for how much it changes from harvest to harvest, year to year. So instead of picking one form of it and calling it good, we threw the whole arsenal in: T90 Citra pellets, Citra Cryo (essentially hop kief, all the good stuff concentrated down), and whole cone Citra — the OG, unprocessed and untamed. Three forms, one hop, stacked on top of each other until the tank couldn't hold it anymore.

The result is an explosion of awesomeness that'll melt your face clean off. Juicy tangerine and bright lilikoi come roaring out front, riding on a backbone of pure sour diesel that keeps things sharp, resinous, and a little dangerous. This isn't a hazy, feel-good sipper — it's a West Coast IPA that throws a shaka with a skeleton hand and means every bit of the attitude that implies.
