Rooted in local history and flowing with community spirit, this collaboration celebrates the legacy of Sumida Farm, a fourth-generation landmark that has been the heart of Hawaii’s watercress production since 1928. Stepping into their ‘Aiea farm is a tranquil escape—a reminder of an era where life moved a little slower and the land provided. Inspired by the magic of their spring-fed fields and the iconic grass shack that stands as a symbol of their heritage, we’ve crafted two unique brews designed to bring the farm-to-glass experience to the heart of Kaka’ako.

Little Shack Lager

Little Shack Lager is a crisp, "small kine" beer inspired by the tranquil beauty of the Sumida Farm fields. We reimagined their iconic grass shack as a backyard beer stand—a place where the conversation is easy and the beer flows freely. This lager is brewed to be exceptionally fluffy and soft on the palate, finishing with a clean, light snap. It is the ultimate companion for a sunny afternoon and the perfect partner for the savory, sweet glaze of a Teri-Beef Watercress Bowl. Watercress Hard Seltzer

Our Watercress Hard Seltzer brings together the bright, tropical flavors of pineapple and orange with a sharp kick of ginger. We’ve added a unique twist of fresh Sumida Farm watercress to create a beverage that is as refreshing as the spring water that feeds the ‘Aiea fields. This light, effervescent seltzer is designed specifically to pair with our Watercress Clam Dip. The citrus and ginger notes dance against the creamy, savory dip, creating a balanced flavor profile that celebrates the versatility of Hawaii’s favorite greens.
