Love Letter

Some things are worth saying twice.

We'd like to raise a pint to love, and to the quiet power it has to hold people together. This West Coast Double IPA started life as Literary Genius — sharp, a little full of itself, exactly what you'd expect from a beer with that name. Somewhere along the way it grew into something else: Love Letter, a tribute to everyone who shows up for the people they care about, in ways big and small.

Every release of Love Letter invites a guest brewer into the process, and each one brings a cause close to their heart along with them. This year, that's local couple Joe & Jess, who chose the National Brain Tumor Society — and 10% of this brew's sales go straight to their work supporting patients and families navigating brain tumor diagnoses.

Poured out, it's candied orange up front, rolling into pineapple and a firm streak of pine that reminds you this is still very much a double IPA — big, resinous, built with intention.
