Pillage The Village

Pillage The Village is a West Coast IPA brewed in collaboration with Village Bottle Shop & Tasting Room — Hawaii's first dedicated craft beer bottle shop and tasting room, located in the heart of Kaka'ako's SALT complex in Honolulu. Founded by Tim Golden, a Certified Cicerone, and Daryn Ogino, Village was built on the belief that beer is special and can bring people together as a community. They've been doing exactly that ever since.

The legend goes like this: pillagers have raided the land, hoarding hops for themselves and leaving the village in ruin. Can Tim and the forces of Hana Koa mount a counter-offensive and reclaim what was stolen? Armed with the powers of Simcoe, Mosaic, and Nectaron — hops grown in the secret gardens of old — our heroes stand a fighting chance. For it is the clarity of a West Coast IPA that grants them the focus they need to be victorious.

At 6.9% ABV, Pillage The Village is bold, bright, and built for conquest. Zingy grapefruit hits first — sharp, citrusy, unapologetic. Then comes the dank — hella dank, the kind of loud, resinous hop character that West Coast IPA devotees live for. A fresh green finish ties it all together, clean and crisp with just enough bitterness to remind you who won the battle.
