Pina Hoplada

You know the rest of that song — and honestly, so did we, right up until we decided the drink deserved a hoppier, harder-working cousin. Pina Hoplada takes the piña colada's whole personality — beach chair, questionable tan lines, zero urgency — and pours it into an oated coconut IPA that doesn't ask permission to be fun.

We brewed this one with an old friend, Jose, the kind of collab that starts as a catch-up and ends with a recipe scrawled on a napkin. That's the energy running through the whole beer: nothing precious about it, just good company and a shared appreciation for a proper tropical smasher.

Juicy pineapple comes courtesy of the hops, not syrup — bright and true. Real toasted coconut sits underneath, and a base of velvety flaked oats rounds the whole thing into something closer to a dessert than a double IPA, but make no mistake, this one still hops.

Getting caught in the rain never sounded this good.
