Tita Bun Stout

The tita bun is iconic — slightly messy, effortlessly cool, and unmistakably local. It comes in all shapes and sizes, often accompanied by gold bracelets, slippers, and a big t-shirt. It is a cultural institution. And Jen had an idea.

What if we made a stout that felt like that? Warm, layered, a little indulgent — like something Auntie Marialani would sip on while she makes turkey using chicken.

Tita Bun Stout is built around the components of a chocolate cinnamon roll — rich cacao, warm cinnamon, and smooth vanilla — all swirling together in a full-bodied, deeply satisfying stout. Each sip is a flavor bomb of tita proportions. The chocolate hits first, dark and roasted. Then the cinnamon unfurls slow and warm.
