We built this beer the same way. Strata and HBC 586 hops come together like a left-handed guitar strung upside down — unconventional, unexpected, and somehow the most natural thing you've ever heard. The result lands on your palate like a field of strawberry guava and green mango on the edge of a tropical forest, lush and alive and buzzing with energy just below the surface.
