BEER
Now On Tap
Hard work deserves a break. Our blonde is brewed with a German Pilsner malt that cradles classic German hops with our house ale yeast. The smell of ocean breeze and fresh cut flowers are complimented with a clean and crisp flavor. Take a break from the grind or call it a day.$2.002.00 USD
Identity theft is not a joke Jim! Millions suffer every year. This Dortmunder is a tropical Hawaiian take on a classic German lager, hauling some serious honey comb and fresh papaya to your dome. Delectable flavors of Riesling grape and golden honey meld for a moment only to be washed away in a subtle finish.$3.253.25 USD
Inspired by a taqueria I frequented in the Bay area, La Hacienda is an ode to al pastor tacos and dark mexican lager. These tacos were sacred, used as bargaining chips and gifts when necessary, they also fulfilled my personal cravings put forth by my soul. Should a beer ever be forever connected to tacos, it would be this manifestation of amber awesomeness. A toasty malt sweetness emanates from the glass. Upon first sip, beautiful Vienna malt graces us with dark pie crust and a hint of molasses.$3.253.25 USD
Named after the sandbar at Kulio'ou beach park, Sandbar Saison boasts aromas of whole clove, dried valencia orange, and apple banana. Bright and effervescent, the palate is akin to lemon crunch cake with an earthy undertone that finishes dry.$3.003.00 USD
Ever get that feeling when you hear that sick beat and you can't help but start to dance? This hazy pale ale hopped with azacca, citra, and amarillo gets that base line of sweet goodness going on your lips, starting a random dance party on your taste buds.$3.003.00 USD
Bright tones of white peach intertwine with an earthy back drop to bring you right to an orchard. This pale has a nice toasty malt background which creates a lovely peach cobbler as it melds together on your tongue. Perfect for the beach!$3.253.25 USD
Good friends deserve a good beer. Originally conceived via a handshake between our head brewer and taproom manager. This extra pale ale has notes of sweet pineapple and lush forest greenery. Juicy, dry, and crisp! Packed with citra and simcoe hops, so you can raise a glass to your homie that keeps it real.$3.003.00 USD
Sometimes greatness emerges from out of the blue. Other times we dose Saison with a healthy hand of blueberry. Redish violet hues lend way to a bright earthy blueberry bouquet. Lush and juicy, this easy-drinking Saison pays homage to the farmers of such delectable blueberries.$3.503.50 USD
Even you can have a sour in less than 12 parsecs. Kettle Run is our kettle sour series that utilizes various fruits, hops, and other adjuncts smuggled from all over the galaxy. Souring takes place in our brew kettle with a blend of Lactobacillus that does the job overnight.$5.005.00 USD
Ever have crumble cake? Fruity, sweet, delicious, homemade? For this beer, we added pounds of in house graham cracker to the mash to complement this English amber. Notes of dark cherry, dried fig, and candied plum complement each fruit variant featured in this delectable ale.

Our first conversations of our dreams of building this brewery were spent on a rooftop drinking pale ale. Dosed with a healthy amount of Mosaic and Equaknot goodness, Pilsner, Vienna, and Caramalt carry notes of sweet biscuit to the palette. Cheers to not putting a ceiling on your wildest dreams!$2.502.50 USD
Through the mountain and across the stars Hana Koa and Inu Island Ales reached for this Star Crossed collab as a culmination of awesomeness. Danky Galaxy hops juice the senses with yellow peach while Mosaic hops deliver green mango and a touch of pineapple. Star Crossed possesses a bold juicy mouthfeel and finishes subtle getting you ready for the next sip.$3.253.25 USD
It's time to get those feet moving people! We're getting on the aerobics with this one. Sweet cantaloupe creamsicle steps and dances around the glass. Pull up your tube socks and cartwheel into a fruit salad of red papaya and danky tangerine. So soft and crushable, you'll soon be sweatin' in sequins with Mr. Richard Simmons himself!$3.503.50 USD
Got that promotion today? Yeah, You! Adulted hard on cleaning the house? Yeah, You! Took a day to treat yo self? Yeah, You! Loaded to the brim with El Dorado, Centennial, Simcoe, and a dash of CTZ hops, this west coast IPA kicks up Maui gold pineapple and delicate Sauvignon Blanc aromas. Super crazy juicy notes of green pear morph into orange zest with a touch of bitterness on the finish. Tried and true, this IPA is clear as day. Got that new IPA from Hana Koa? YEAH, YOU!$3.503.50 USD
Unsteady hands is based on friendship (with Waikiki Brewing) and the philosophy of having a heavy hand with hops. Bursting with bright Pomelo and Apricot, the nose is intensely refreshing. The palate has sticky bits of grapefruit and kumquat. The finish reminds you of the classic West Coast mentality, hops on hops on hops. $4.004.00 USD
This batch of Kettle Run features a heavy dose of Raspberry puree, milk sugar, and a touch of Madagascar vanilla bean. Upon first sip you’ll notice the raspberry off the bat but as the beer finishes, notes of vanilla dance about rounding out the palate. Think tart raspberry vanilla ice cream bars!$5.005.00 USD
