Job Title: Runner / Busser

Job Summary

Maintain the cleanliness and traffic flow of the Taproom.


Directly Reports to the Taproom Manager.


This position has opportunities for growth and promotion.

Essential Duties

  • Run food and beverages from expo to appropriate table

  • Communicate with Host stand concerning what is open to be seated and what is in the process

    of being cleaned

  • Clear and reset tables when guests are finished

  • Pre-bus tables of unnecessary extra dishes and silverware

  • Re-fill waters and iced teas

  • Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of non alcoholic glassware for server stations

  • Inspect and maintain cleanliness of bathrooms

  • Assist servers as needed with food running and appropriate delivery

  • Serve snacks or food items to customers seated at the bar



A high school diploma (or GED or high school equivalence certificate) is preferred.
